6 Months Old

I am now 6 months old.  Mommy & Daddy have no idea where the time is going.  I am getting so big and doing new, funny things every day.  I went to my pediatrician today for my 6 month check up & shots.  I did so well again.  I only cried for about a minute after the "big-nasty" shot!  I am going to miss my pediatrician.  She has been so good to me and really loves me.  Mommy & Daddy told her that my new pediatrician is going to have BIG shoes to fill.  Here are my 6 month stats:


Head Circumference:  90th percentile
Weight:  17lbs 12 ounces - 90th percentile
Length:  27 inches - 80th percentile
Teeth:  2 - on the bottom

Making funny noises with my mouth
Eating (sweet potatoes, carrots, pretty much everything!)

Dislikes:
Rolling Over- I refuse to roll over.

Since I have two teeth now (yes- I got two teeth at the same time on vacation) my Aunt Jennifer thought I should try a biscuit.  Here a picture of what I looked like while eating it.  Mommy didn't let me have it for very long.

4th of July

For the 4th of July- we had a cook-out with all of our condo neighbors.  It was fun!  Rachel and DJ surprised us too so they came over for the cook-out as well.  I went to bed before the fireworks though.  Maybe next year says Mommy!

My naps were very off on vacation.  Mommy tried to stick to my routine, but I wanted nothing to do with it. Since I wasn't napping very well- every evening I gave someone sweet snuggles.

Beach & Pool Part II

It was really hot in Hilton Head this year, so I only went to the beach twice.  I got to go out in the pool a few times, but for the most part I stayed inside and played.  Here are some pictures from the 2nd time I went to the beach & from the pool one day.

Hilton Head 2012

Every year we go to Hilton Head Island with Mimi, Grandpa, Tia (wink wink Jennifer), & Avery.  Last year- technically I went because I was in mommy's belly, but this year I got to enjoy the sand.  Here are a few pictures from the trip.
